Terrible treatment

On 7/9/08 I ordered online a new $20 Casio digital wrist watch from this store and paid for the watch, plus some $10 for S&H, with Paypal. I waited for the watch until 7/18, and I sent an inquiry email to the store - no reponse whatsoever.
On 7/22/08, I telephoned the store and spoke to jerk named Henry who must be the owner of the store because I doubt that anyone would hire him to run a store.
Henry claimed that 1) he did not know that Paypal had paid the store, and 2) he did not receive my email, both of claims were patently false.
Henry continued to lie and fabricate afterwards, thereby confirming that he lied at first and thereafter.
He finally sent the watch, and after wearing it for jst 3 days, the casing broke as I was taking the watch off!
On 8/2 I called Henry and told him that the watch casing had broke, and he told me to ship back the watch, which I immediately did do and the cost of shipping it back was some $5 and also sent Henry an email detailing how the watch had come apart.
Henry, as usual, did not respond, and when I called him on 8/4, he again lied and claimed that he did not receive my email!
On 8/9 I called Henry again and he said that he had received the broken watch and he claimed that he was just then in the course of taking the matter up with a Casio representative about it. He also deceitfully and stupidly attempted to evade making a refund by insultingly moronically asking if I had dropped the watch! As if dropping a new watch that weighed one ounce would cause it to come apart at the point where the pins of the watch band on both side of the watch are located!
Again I did not hear back from Henry, and I sent him another demand email on 8/15. To which he did not again reply.
Finally, I called him on 8/18, and he said that he was making a refund. I can only hope that he follows through this time.
