Ripoff and scam

I sent my swiss army watch for a band replacement. When it was returned my watch was not working. I contacted the company and an employee was very nasty. I told him that my watch was in perfect condition when i sent it. He said i would have to send it back, at my expense. I sent it back and received an email that it would cost $122.14to repair it. I told them that i felt as if they were stealing my watch as it was working perfectly when i sent it. The employee became nastier.

I paid for the repair, as i wanted my watch back. I received and it was not fixed. I sent them an email, with no response.
