I bought a watch from Mr. Watch. The price was right and it arrived promptly. After I tried it on, I realized that it was just too big and clunky and uncomfortable for me. I tried to return it to the store, and they refused the return siting scratches. I could not see any scratches and when I called them they sent pictures of a scuff that was magnified. It must have been there when I got the watch - I never noticed it. Because I did not wear that watch - only to try it on.
