False advertising

In July, I was sent an invitation from AT&T in hopes of winning back my business for a home phone service. The offer on the inviation stated verbatim "Unlimited local and long distance calls plus 5 popular calling features for less than $22 a month". When I called to switch my service after 2 weeks of going back and forth I was finally told this offer does not exist and I needed to fax over my letter. I faxed it to 7 different people. I was finally told that even though I had the paper, and the offer did not expire for another 2 months, that I would not receive the offer. The rep told me that I was to pay $. 05 a minute for long distance even thought it did not say that anywhere on the flyer. The rep told me that the offer did not make sense and I was just reading into it and assuming by thinking that it meant unlimited local and unlimited long distance calling. Obviously this is a classic case of FALSE ADVERTISING and bait & switch. My boyfriend received the same flyer in the mail, so it was a mass mistake made by their company that they should be held accountable for. They offered NO resolution to the problem.
