Rip-off dishonest billing & phone charges ann arbo

I have had the America's Choice Shared 1200 plan for almost a year with 4 phones on the plan. When I got the phones I was told that there would be no long distance and no ROAMING charges.

Every month since I have had them I have had to call Verizon and have them remove Roaming charges from one of the phones. They put them on the same phone every month.

I can look down my bill and see where I have made a few calls in a row sitting in the same spot and half of them will go under roaming.

Now this month when I called to have them removed again. I told the lady that I spoke with that I have had to call every month for the last year and that I am getting tired of calling and keep being told that they will take care of it and it won't happen again or that is cause that phone needs an update (which is has been done repeatedly). The lady is now telling me that I do not have no roaming, but she will credit this months bill and she is putting a note on my account to not credit any further roaming charges, even though the last 11 people I spoke to have agreed that I have no roaming.

So I asked her about cancelling the phones because I am not being provided with the service I was promised or expected and she told me that I would have to pay $175 per phone and she can't verify what I have been told in the past about no roaming even though it was right in front of her that they have credited my account each month.

I have also had to exchange one of the phones a number of times because they would not work properly.

Verizon in my opinion is more trouble than it is worth, I have not been happy with my service since we got the phones.
