Ripoff NO-roaming what a JOKE

For 2 years I went with service without problems. Then when I upgrade my phone and plan I am slammed with roaming charges. For example this months bill is 431.62 and 336.22 is roaming.

I used to have to call cingular to have the roaming removed from my bill. But they stopped removing the roaming charges. The contract my wife and I signned, STATED NO ROAMING CHARGES EVER. What a joke that was.
Now when I call about it I get a very rude person on the other end of the line stating that there is no way they can help me. Well I beg to differ. All I want is them to honor their contract or cancel it without the charges so I can go to a differant provider.

I am contacting the s.A. G of ny and the better business bureau and this website to let them all know and to let the world know what the people on the NY canadian board have to go through with. And we are sick of it!
