I purchased this product in search of just of the regular channels you find on basic cable. On the website they promised to offer such channels as NBC, CNN, ESPN, FOX, ABC. But what they neglected to mention is that they only offer these obscure versions of these channels that I'd never heard of before (not the ones that you find on basic cable). For example they had three different CNN channels. None of them, however, being just the regular CNN that you find on basic cable. The same was with NBC as well. Their web page was very misleading.

The majority of the channels on there were just international channels that you can find for free on any number of Internet web pages.in fact just about every channel they had available I have found for free on other web pages.

Now if that is not bad enough, to top it off, the software crashed on me about fifteen minutes after I purchased it. The channels stopped working and I couldn't close the program because it kept saying there was a system error. Finally, I had to restart my computer before I could even uninstall the program.

I am in the process of disputing this company to receive a full refund.
