False Advertising False advertising Online

I bought this computer bundle from sears.com, I appeared with a flat screen on the picture, but it was not mentioned on the description, I called customer service to make sure it was included and the lady said "yes".

When the pc arrived the screen was not included, I called they said it was mixed up that it was on its way.
I called again to get a tracking number and they said it was on its way but they couldn't give me a tracking number since there was an order already in place.

Later in the week I received an e-mail telling me that the bundle didn't include the screen. They have pics of all the computers they sell without screens because they come with out screen. This bundle's picture does have an screen, the customer service rep confirmed that.

Customer service sucks at sears, you should buy somewhere else.
