Crooked company - cannot get my refund

I applied to this company for electric service back in my credit was not good at the time and I was required to submit a $485.00 deposit to began service. I agreed and paid the entire deposit amount in full. Over the course of two years I kept them... Noticing that my bill would be $150.00 one month and the next would be $300.00.
I was never at home so I couldn't understand why the electric bill was sooo expensive. Nevertheless, I moved out of my apartment on May 1. I called on May 5 and disconnected my service at that apartment. I spoke to a representative who was very rude and unprofessional (that's one thing I learned to deal with with this company, they are always that way).
The person stated that the new residents had already filed for new service and that my service would be disconnected as of May 3. She explained that I would get a final bill and then once the account is at a zero balance, I would be refunded my deposit of $485.00 within six weeks. Well today is August 12 and I have yet to receive my refund.
I keep calling and all anybody can do is tell me that they are working on it. I'm so tired of going thru drama with this company regarding a refund that is rightly mine. I remember time that I paid all but $5.00 of my light bill and they disconnected me for $5.00!!!
Now they have problem giving me my refund of $485.00. I have spoken with managers and they all say the same thing..."we are working on it". I'm tired of dealing with this company and I want my money. For those who don't know, run as FAR away from AMIGO ENERGY as possible, or you will leave to regret it!
