The assistant manager unprofessional behavior

I delivered my 13-year old child in to the shop to purchase a surge protection. She requested the associate supervisor at that time where you can find them. Our child couldn't discover the product, she requested again and also the a/supervisor (a middle aged white woman) screamed at her and informed her it had been within the part. I went in to the shop to consult with the person concerning the unprofessional conduct. I recall 2 women called Mary and Donna. I really believe the helper was Mary. She requested Donna to verify that she didn't shout at my child and Donna change her mind and didn't reply. I informed her extremely appropriately that she'd not shout at my kid and required that she return my cash for that product that I bought. This event happened throughout the week of July 21-25.
