Credit Card Charged, Never Received Product!

I ordered some products from this company on 7/4/08 and the purchase posted to my credit card on 7/7/08. I never received my product!

I sent 3 emails with no response then placed 3 phone calls to their customer service number but only got voice mail with no return phone calls.

This company has no published address and their phone number does not come up on reverse look up.

I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back. A good out come would have just been to receive my order.
