Stole my money, sent no product, sent no refund, lies about everything

Way back in March I ordered the product from Pro Seal. I did not receive any product, and after some time I told them to cancel the order and refund my money.
I never received a refund, and each time I phoned I was told the refund will be processed in 30 days. I could never get through to a manager or controller at the company.

After some time I contacted my credit card company, but they told me that the charge was too old to reverse it. Bummer.

The telephone number I have does not get answered anymore, I only rings and sometimes goes into a voice mail systems, then dies.

I wish someone would do something about this company, they are ripping off many people and they are still selling the product online and advertising on TV.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
