Misrepresentation

I made a reservation over the phone with the 1-800 number provided off the entertainment website for a hotel room. First off when I called who I thought was entertainment turned out they are affiliated with expedia and when we arrived at our destination we were told that there was a $12.00 charge through expedia for booking though them. My response: no way because I did not book through expedia. They informed me it happens all the time. Second, The accommodations we booked, asked for and were promised were far from what we paid for. I have contacted entertainment to discuss this and get my money back they have been rude and told me that I need to call expedia and not them. NO, You never told me you were affiliated with expedia and the reservation automatically gets transfered to them. You are not informed.

Before you book through entertainment book for travel, hotel or anything ask them who you are talking too and if there are hidden charges or if they are affiliated with Expedia. I bought the book to save and get deals not pay hidden extra fees and be mislead. Im over hidden fees and fraudulent people.

We sell these books for our schools and for a great cause. I wont anymore unless this matter gets solved. I want them to have to say to people they are affiliated with expedia and there will be a charge upon arrival and is that ok or not. Let the cunsomer decide if they want to pay or go somewhere else. They have lost my trust and faith. Its hard to get that back.
