Excessive & Additional Charges That Where Not Disclosed

I have been a business customer of AT&T for over 3 years. I had no choice and had to stay with AT&T due to a long term contract. During this 3 year period I had vendors who said they represented AT&T come to my office and make changes to the current plan I had. This resulted in additional services that I never requested. I called AT&T to complaint and was told that they will make sure no vendors will visit my business location, but failed to credit me for unwanted services. My business moved short of the 3 year mark and we had to transfer to the new location with AT&T. They failed to mention new connections & transfer fees.

Four months later my contract was finally over and I switched to a new provider - they had no connection fees and excellent to work with. On my final bill - AT&T is charging "Serviced Changed" fees for switching over to a new provider. I called a customer service representative to question the charges and she was very rude and will not allow me to talk to a supervisor. She told me that I will receive a call within 48 hours. Twelve days later and no return call; I called them to find out what they are doing about the non disclosed charges. After explaining the situation to new customer service representative and waiting for over 35 minutes, the supervisor came on the line. She was rude and not sympathetic nor apologetic at all. She told me that those are the charges and they don't have to be disclosed.

AT&T lost me as a business customer and soon as a residential customer as well!!
