Kept my last paycheck and are ripping off the public

I was hired at this AT&T dealer location (they own 3 others in the MD, DE area) to be an outside sales manager. Upon being hired I was told I would make an amount each week (amount is too embarrassing to disclose) for the first few weeks plus commission and then would be negotiated with a salary once my training was complete. (To be trained by the General Manager)

About 3 days after I was hired I, along with other employees was given a contract to sign with alot of bogus stuff but one of the things I did not initial was my last pay check would be held for 180 days in case of chargebacks.

Well, that would not apply to me any way because I quit after 2 weeks after seeing the extreme unprofessional way things were done. And only earned commssion the second week but was not paid on them yet so they can't be held from my check since I have not been paid on them yet anyway. BUT of course the GM is using that as an excuse not to pay me my weekly amount.

When hired I was to be trained by the GM on their outside sales procedures. He never showed up in 2 weeks to train me on anything. I emailed him asking questions with no response. He also ask me to keep my position unknown from the other employees which was becoming impossible since the store manager made the schedule and was scheduling me for hours that I was not hired for (he knew no better).

I just want my paycheck, any commissions owed I will pick up in 180 days but I want my paycheck now!!!

Keep checking for my next update since I will be adding the store locations that are ripping off their customers as well as some information on where you can get your phones for FREE instead of paying hundreds of $.
