In March I ordered Directv through AT&T in a Bundle. The agreed price was $29.99 and starting with the first bill, the company charged above $50.00, not once but several times. I sent them a letter, stating that this is not what was agreed in the order and they promissed a monthly charge of $25.50. Never happened, in June I received another bill of $50 and called customer services.

After several breaks they said I had ordered a premium package. I am sure about what I ordered and sopke with AT&T. They said, they have terminated the cooperation with Directv after multiple complains from customers that Directv is permanently overbilling customers.
I called the customer service and advised them that they have broken the contract and that I demand that the service is removed. They sending me now every 2nd day a Bill marked red as overdue for $359 early termination. I have sent them now a letter and requested to remove the charge or I will take them to court for breach of contract.
Beware of these scammers!
