My Voicemail Ntwk
This company is illegally charging me for services I do no have or want

I am receiving billing from My Voice Ntwk for services I did not authorize, have or want. I have tried repeatedly for two weeks to contact them at the number provided on my phone bill. They do not answer the phone. I receive a recorded message that they are busy helping other customers and i am instructed to leave my name and number and they will return my call. Ii have never received a call back and the billing on my phone bill continues.

I talked numerous times with my telephone company who collects the charges, and ESBI who collects the charges from the phone company and sends the charges to My Voicemail Ntwk. They tell me that this company prefers to deal with their customers direct using the number above, but since they do not answer the phone, I cannot deal with them.

I am living on a fixed income and cannot afford these charges. If I refuse to pay my telephone company, they will disconnect my phone. Because of this most stressful situation, I have developed shingles which is most painful and is caused by being over stressed. Please help me in some way. Do I have to take legal action to solve this situation.
