Ripoff, fraudulent billing

Received our Oct bill W / a charge from an OAN Services for $21.90. We called (repeatedly) the billing # provided. (This is how we found usacomplaints.com because we searched OAN Services on Google & read about others being ripped off & not getting any answers.) OAN Services were either closed or we had to leave our name & number & they would return our call (which we never got)

Needless to say we deducted the amount from our bill when we sent it in. Today we got our November bill. Again there is a charge from them for $21.90 & our past due charge from last month. So this time I called SBC & talked to a rep. Who told me that she had never heard of this company & that it is not illegal for third parties to use them & bill people. I told her how that company is ripping off a lot of people & why hasn't SBC looked into a company like that because it is giving them a bad name, because I know if I owned a company I would not want to make my customers upset. Told her that I would cancel my phone service w / them. Only after I said that was she then magically able to take off all the charges on the account & remove or block the OAN services billing from our SBC bill. But then said that we will probably get a seperate bill from OAN w / the past charges & the current charges on it. Blah, Blah, Blah!!!

I am still not going to pay for them. I tried to call them again today & of course the offices were closed. I want some answers about this "company". I didn't know what else to do but I know after writing this up I feel better!!!
