Recently our internet connection stopped working. We called repair, got somebody apparently located out of state. After "walking me through" several procedures, the man gave us a number (which he said was a local contact but was actually in another area code and county) "in case he lost us", and attempted to transfer us to someone to arrange a tech response to our home.

Needless to say, he lost us, so we called the number he had given us.

When we contacted THAT repair service, we were told it would be 5 days before anyone would respond.

A repair tech came as scheduled, replaced a wire and the modem, and left.

Later, when we used the internet, we turned on the TV in the same room and it wasn't working. On examination, we found that a wire had been pulled out of its connector.

Since we are both elderly, and my husband is blind, we couldn't make the repair ourselves.

When I contacted repair and explained that their tech had broken our TV connection, I was advised that nobody could come out until another week had passed.

We have not been offered any prorated monthly charge to cover the time we have been without service.

When the ads rave about Bright House's service, we adamantly disagree.
