Phoned home state to state collect call and ripoff by company ripoff

I made a state to state collect call on 11-1-02 from colorado springs to Hamilton, Ohio. There was no indication given that this company did not connect with Cincinnati Bell. That call lasted 1 minute and was charged to my bill in the amount of 12.99.

On 11-2-02, I made another state to state collect call to my home by dialing 0 as you normally would and giving my name to the computerized operator. The call lasted for 33 minutes and cost 43.37. Again, no indication was given by the computerized operator or on the phone in the hotel that this call would be excessively high in charges.

I feel that I was used by this company as a part of their fraudulent game to take money from victims that had no clue as to what was happening. I feel that this was very unfair and should be compensated for.
