Idl teleservices inc - collect call scam

Recently i made two collect calls from rego park queens to my home in jersey city, nj at 8.29 pm.By dialing '0' for operater assisted calls from a local pay phone,

I assumed i would be charged more than my local call rate but not more than $1.50 a minute (as per previous experience).

But, i was billed a whooping $5.00 a minute which i think is an absolute rip-off.

I have refused to pay the bill as i was not aware or warned of the high rate by the operator prior to connecting the line.

I believe there is a federal cap on maxm. Rate for collect calls within usa, and if there is none there should be one.
