There are too many commonalities with the information that is being used to create scams that on-line scammers are using, with regards to your personal; information, (such as spellings and other addresses that are used in the companies that provide telephone cable and internet services.

The information that is being used by scammers is information that was only given to the RCN / AT & T / etc, the fact the scammers are using this, show complicity in the lost or irretrivible information that is collected by cable and internet and phone package providers.

Which are also scamming by selling a speed or a product that your paying for, but NEVER get as they state in all the advertising, example RCN
a package deal can be either 10/15/20 Mbs for the high speed connections, HOWEVER, if the services DO NOT PROVIDE but only 7-15 maybe on a good day and you pay for 20, you are in fact being Ripped Off. At first months of calling and trying to solve the problems, I believed would fix the problem and they would refund the difference or credit the account, WRONG, they haven't resolved the technical difficulties, nor refunded or credited my bill. And infact have overdue amount on a collection call list that is outsourced to India, where they have no Ideal what they are doing. I am now in the process of filing a class action against RCN for this reason.
