AT&T Service is Bad... No WORST - AT&T High Speed Internet

About 3 1/2 months ago I switched from cable to AT&T service as my internet provider. They made the necessary connections and my internet was working. However, they have left the cable from the telephone box going into my house, outside on the front yard lawn.inspite of calling repeatedly evey week, it is no buried in the lawn as promised.

I have spent close to $ 100.0 in telephone bills trying to find out when it will be done. Everytime there is a new excuse - waiting to get permit, or cannot find order #.infact customer service does not seem to have a clue as TO WHAT PERSON TO CONTACT & HAVE GIVEN ME RUN AROUND for last 3 and 1/2 months.
