This company is a total scam! Please dont give this company your hard earned money. They sell themselves by telling you they guarantee you a place regardless of your credit history and tell you they work directly with the owners.

The truth is all they do is lie, they give you a list of places to go see and have you fill out a sheet to let them know what properties your are interested and tell you, you should here from the owners in 3 days. They dont work with the owners of the properties and get their listing from the local news papers and internet and then make it seem like it's exlusively theirs. I dont know how a company like this stay's in business whitout ever having to be accountable for what they do. They need to stop what they are doing and be upfront with their customers because all they are doing is stealling from people and getting away with it.
