Total Scam!

This company post ads for available apartments. When you call in regards to the apartments, they tell you that they have exclusive lists of apartments from renters who contract with them to rent the properties and can guarantee no or very little deposit. Once you pay their $180 fee, they give you a list of properties. When I called the numbers on the list, I discovered that the people on the list had never heard of this company and had certainly not contracted with them to rent their properties or lower the deposit. When I went to get a refund, I was told to fill out a for and I'd 'get a letter' regarding the state of my refund but they could not guarantee a refund. Even though I went two days later and State Law gives consumer three days to cancel. This company is a complete scam!!
