Scamming consumers

Please don't mess with company, beware their a ripoff when it comes to their services. The money i sent on getting information from them you can find on your for less. They claim that they can put you in home with no money down and take over the owners payments that's in pre forclose. Most of these owners still live in the property, a lot of them don't want to move, and mainly all of them the owner does even own the property the banks do. They act as if their going to do all the work before you pay them the fee they charge. Once you pay them that's when the real truth comes out, they give you a letter that you're suppose to send out to the property which is a very unprofessional letter to begin with. You have to pay more money by sending out the letters to the properties.

Oh, they also ware that there's a refund policy but not until atfer you pay your money they give that, which is the most unreal refund policy i've heard of. You have to get three letter from the home owners stating that they're not interested. It's a denial letter, on this letter the owne has to prove his / her name address, phone and signature. But wait, this gets good, i sent out these letter to over 20 properties. I haven't gotten 1 call from anyone. Ask your self if you were in a home in forcloser, would you take the time to call someone off of a unprofressional letter let alone give that person a letter of denial. It's is a ripoff and i hope i let someone know that's thinking about doing any business with this company don't do it.

Ps once they got your money you can kiss it good bye!!
