Evercom is overcharging individuals whom are receiving calls from their loves one that are incarcerated. My son has been incarcerated for more than 18 months - imagine what happened to my telephone. After paying $400, $500 and $600 telephone bills, I had to file bankruptcy.
A call received from Evercom for 15 minutes is usually $20.26, a call for 4 minutes is usually $8.80 and a call for 3 minutes is usually $7.75. I must refuse many calls from my child because I know the outcome.
The Government needs to put an end to this overcharging (ripoff) today.
