Installer Note Ignored While Billed Hundreds for Cancellation

In a nutshell, our installer was terrific. He really did his best, but we have no suitable sight line through our trees. Our picture constantly fragmented whenever there was even the slightest breeze. So we had the installer come back out and make adjustments. However, he was unable to get us a better picture.

He then wrote, in his own hand, a note stating the issue. We have faxed and snail-mailed a copy of this note, followed by several phone calls, and we are still being billed three-hundred and some dollars for service cancellation.

We're still fighting DTV on this, and we have an attorney lined up.
