They are a rip off that will take your application fees and lease out under your nose

This company took my application fee to lease a piece of property that had been on the market for one day and insured me that there were no pending applications or people viewing it. All of a sudden after no return call from the agent and after many attempts to reach him another assistant had to call me back to inform me the owners of the house decided to lease to another individual. Had my credit been in question i would understand but this was not the case and for the agent to not have the courage to call me back and let me know is unacceptable especially since i had my eyes set on this house. When i spoke to the president of the company he informed me he could not be of help when i want to know how all of a sudden a day after i was supposed to find out about my application the house is already leased and the president was very unprofessional and obviously didn't know what his employees were doing. Then when finally getting in touch with the agent he claimed that the owners decided between the two applications, but that was funny because when I submitted my application I was the only one on file for that house. The agent was also very unprofessional and couldn't give me a straight answer as to why he hadn't called me back. They are just a company that wants to make money off the application fees and drop all communication. My account was debited the fees directly to their company so with their shadey demeanor that is the only reason I could think of as to why no one would contact me.
