Offers government grants with processing fees for filing applications, fraudulent, ripoff, dishonest

Was contacted and informed that I was entitled to a government grant for a purchase on new home. After supposedly submitting an application I was called back and told congrats you qualify. They took more information and told me I could also get help with medical bills and other debt relief.

It sounded legit and I was told there was a fee to get the grant application going. The fee was for the company filing out the application and getting it ready for submission to the govt and I was promised to recieve the grant. I was told after they recieved a down payment of $200 they would get my applicaiton together and when they recieved the remaining $249 they would mail me the application to sign and I had to return the application with medical bills and 3 house listings that I had visited with an agent.

I sent the payments all certified mail; (I have the return cards with signatures) but I have not recieved the application. I also cannot get anyone on the phone number that I was dealing with the people on. I spoke with a Michael Stewart whom I cannot get in touch with now.
