Submitted applications that required clients doctor information... information that was
Contained in the doctors report caused the application to be declined. As a result of the
Application being declined for medical information unknown to the agent and/or the
Client, Combined issued a Disciplinary Notice to the agent for submitting an application
That ended up being denied.
How the hell does the agent know what MIGHT be in a doctor report that would cause
The application to be declined???
Combined disciplined the agent for this. What a joke.
