Pinonsale.com, False advertisement, horrible customer service

Pinonsale.com was running a promotion between certain dates of the month when you wold get a free $5 calling card if you spent $20 or more. I proceeded to order 4 $5 cards spending over $20 (including all the additional surcharges and fees they have) and qualifying for the promotion. This was on April 13th. Two and a half months, 15 emails and 10 phone calls later I am still without my complimentary advertised promotion calling card. I am finally writing to BBB and any other scam reporting site to help me deal with these people. Horrible customer service, do not keep promises, false advertisement, buyer beware, this company is a fraud and a scam.
