The worst cable internet on this earth help us here in crisfield!

There is a company called charter communications (I did not capitalize because this is not a real company). We need help here in Crisfield. The internet goes on and off like the light in the bathroom in a house of 10 people. It seems when it rains for 3 days after the internet acts up. Customer support has no idea what they are doing.india tech support, These people havent a clue, all the want to do is 1st keep you on hold for ever, 2nd they don't even know if the service is up or down in the area while trying to help you, 3rd when tech support shows up they tell you there is not much they can do about it. I want to do somthing about this please help!!!
