American Freight Rip off

Ok I had the same incendent at this store, american Freight. 2006 I bought a bedroom set from them and everything went fine execpt for the top part of the mirrior was broke since it was not noticable really I did not complaine.

The next 2yr's 2008 I wanted to get a living room set from them in Florance ky, I had the money for the whole set which was four hundred dollars. I get to the store they only had the couch I said ok I will buy the couch today despitialy seeking something in my front room I paid for the couch and put down half on the love seat couch that was suppose to be there the next weak.

A weak goes by no word from american freight, i called up there they did not answer there phone, I am like a phone junky I said ok I called them they have my money and not answering the phones we can play this game. I took my cell phone when I was not at home called all day till i finnally got answer three days later.

The guy then tell me after he looks me up in the computer and then ask me do I have my receipt which I did he said oh I see what happend when we tried to deliver it from the Tri county store the wood from the back of the love seat couch was broke.

I do not know what kind of store would buy broken furinture that I never heard before. I was like ok when will it be here oh the next weak cool, so the next weak comes by I am on my phones trying to get in touch with american frieght again usinbg my home number and my cell number which my cell is always on still no word.

I finnally get in cotact with them three days later after the second weak and now I am pissed. I am like look WTF is going on i waited on this bloody loveseat now for three weaks and no word from you this is bad buisness someone could had called me and told me what was going on and yet no word then when I try to call you I do not get an answer he said oh well we just busy but it is still not in stock yet and I have to waite another weak.

I flipped I said hell no MF'er I want my money back it has been four weaks and still no couch when I try to call you no answer and now your waiting me to waite another weak. The A hole guy told me I could not get my money back because they have a 60 day policy that I could get store credit for something else.

I am like now store credi for something else at that crappy store when you first did not have what I want in the first place second when you did have it the love seat was broke and third when i call you do not answer. This store and this people that run this store really needs to go to school and find out what TQM is before they can even think about opening that store again I advise anyone not to go to this store there is other places you can buy furinture in the no ky great cincinnati area.
