They will not make good on uncomfortable couch

My Fiance and I have spent over $10,000.00 at the room store in Glendale Arizona in the last several years. We bought a leather living room set (couch, love seat and chair)... Our couch is hard and over stuffed and we went to the store 5 times before they finally sent a man out to check it out... When the man came all he did was took a picture never felt it or anything and said that someone would contact us within 5 days.

After 3 weeks of not hearing from them I called and the woman on the phone said that the report (tech) stated that there is nothing wrong with the couch. The love seat and chair are so comfortable and the couch has never been comfortable!!! What can be told from a picture? They told me they will do nothing for me at all.
