Lied about product warrety

I bought a sofa and love seat a year ago from american freight in lexington ohio. I was told by Tim (the salesman) that the set has a 10 year frame guarantee. I only had the set for a couple of months and the frame on the back of the couch broke. Not in one place but in 3! So I called them and they said they would fix or replace it. I told them I have no way to transport it. And they told me to call back when I could bring it in. As I was working about 70 hours a week time went by and I just didn't get around to calling for several months. Then the arm of the love seat broke! I was leaning on it. I weigh 110 pounds! It should not have broke!

I called them and told them about it and they said bring it in and we will fix or replace it. So I found a truck and took it to then and now they (Lonnie and Vince The managers) are telling me that the damage is "to extensive" they will not fix or replace it.

I called Mississippi to the united furniture company (3 times) and they called me back to say that the manager of american freigh is their "eyes in the field" and will not honor their warranty either.

So I have no furniture at all! SO I will tell anyone who will listen NOT to buy anything from american freight.

I am currently looking for a lawyer to look into this for me.
