Someone counterfeited my debit card and used it at TJ Max individuals I spoke refused to give me any information on the person that made the purchase, 3 of the employees even hung up on me. They sure took the money off the counterfeit card

Someone counterfeited my debit card and when I called the store for assistance on who used this card that was under my name. The store refused to help me. Three of the employees even hung up on me, another one kept me on hold and left me holding. They sure took the money out of my bank account, but could not help me catch the criminals that did this. Real nice service.
