They put a collection account on my credit report that WILL NOT COME OFF AND HAS KEPT ME FROM GETTING THE CREDIT I DESERVE. It clearly states in their contract the client must "pre-pay" for service before any work is done. The terminology they use is "Pre-pay" WHY WOULD THEY PERFORM SERVICES IF I DID NOT PAY INITIALLY??? THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR NOTHING!!! They cannot prove they did any work either.

They will not be able to produce proof that I did not pay or what made them come to the conclusion that I did not. Obviously they will claim I bounced a check or stopped payment on a money order or cashiers check. Which they cannot prove! All they have is a contract, but they have no work to show for the money they want.

They are crooks and did absolutely nothing but add a collection to my credit report that WILL NOT COME OFF. I paid them in cash for their terrible and worthless services, NEVER PAY CASH FOR "CREDIT REPAIR" There will be no update or retraction to this report unless I am paid for damages and fully signed court ordered guarantee that the collection will never resurface in any form with any company for any amount.
