This company report a fraudulent account from att that is not mine

Palisades collection damage my credit without getting any autenticity of this claim from att, now my credit is damage because i have a outstanding balance of $173.00 that is not mine, because i have never have att services. After repeteadly calling to att and report this no one has ever done something about it. I report this to the 3 bureau and i received a letter that the accuracy of the claim is accurate according to palisades collection. Is there something that we can do about it to report this company and delete this fraudulent balance in my credit report. If we united in this maybe we can do something about it.
