Bottom line... IIB charges a $22K fee. Here's what you get...
A training manual; six-day seminar on how to sell consulting services and market your business through cold-calling and networking; 10 introductory appointments with potential clients. For an additional $350/yr. (required), you get access to other IIB consultants.
In retrospect, I can't recommend the program. Of the 30 people who went through the training with me, none of us is earning the income that the IIB suggests is easily within reach.
If you want to sell consulting services, I suggest you get a job with a consulting firm that pays salary & benefits.
Ps. The consultants who conducted my training seminar have all since quit and started their own IIB-type organization.
