Ceiling fan scraping on all speeds too loud

I bought this home in december, 07. The roof fan worked good, in Regards to A week before July 1st, the lover seem like its scraping on large method or reduced, no matter which environment. Do I have to pack it with oil or could it be period to get a new lover?
