Vehicle history. CAR REPORT charged 29.95 to my card. Unauthorized

I went to search an auto on their website. First of all when I entered my cars VIN # the site said they had info on my card and there would be a one time charge of $2.95 so I entered my info. Then after it took my card info it told me they had no info for my vehicle. 3 days later I checked my account only to find there was another charge of 29.95. I called the number from the first charge and it was "not assigned" no such number. So after speaking with my bank they gave me another number to call.

I called and was told that if I didnt cancel my account with them before 3 days there would be a monthly charge of 29.95. The rep. Was short with me and basically told me "its in our terms of service" there is nothing you can do about it but if you want I will credit you back half. I asked for a supervisor and was told "he is in a meeting" and would call me back within the hour. 3 hours later I called back, the rep on the phone said she was a supervisor (but I could tell it was the same rep. I spoke with in my previous call. I went thru the story again and was told the same as before. I then hit her with this...

"Your terms of service can not be enforced! In your "contract" you say that I will be charged 29.95 if I do not call the number 1-866-610-0652 within 3 days to cancel" she said yes and you didnt so you are being charged. I then continued to tell her that the number they provide is not a working number so there is no way I can call to cancel the service and the only was I got this number was through my bank. She became quiet for a minute then I said " Now since you are providing false information and a contract that is no way fair to me the customer she needs to either refund me the 29.95 IMMEDIATELY or I will contact all the other customers online who you have ripped of and start a class action law suit against their company so fast their heads are going to spin".

She then asked me if I had a pen, gave me a conf. Number and said my 29.95 would be credited back in to my account within 3-5 days depending on how fast my financial institution works. 4 hours later the money was back in my account!:) so please if you were ripped of call the real number for this company which is 1-888-613-1485 and use the same technique I did that you cant call to cancel because the number they provide on their TOS is incorrect and DEMAND TO A SUPERVISOR YOU GET A FULL REFUND!
