Company called Web Search USA, they provide pay per click services. Firstly, the woman on the phone is making promises to have your website in the 4 top sponsored link positions, for a fixed amount of money. Then they fax you a letter, in which you authorizing them to charge your credit card, and they ask you to sign it and fax it back. Once it is done, for the first couple of days your add is in the top position, but only from 7A.M. To 9P.M., when you call asking why, they say "look in you contract it says 7A.M. To 9p. M". When you find you add being on the bottom of sponsored links, they say "we never promised you a top position, look in your contract". When your add is not showing at all, the say "we are sorry, we will fix that as soon as possible", and it takes them hours to fix it, so you loose your sales, but who cares? When you call to cancel their services, they say that you can not cancel today, and you will be charged for the hole next month, because it is only 7 days left of this month, and it is too late to cancel services this month. Of course they charge your credit card immediately, but you would think " wait a minute, this is not the last day of the month, when they usually charge your credit card, why are they charging the credit card now"? And when you call your credit card company and dispute the charges, the "wonderful" company by the name of Web Search USA is calling you every 30 minutes and harassing you "you have a contract, you have to pay us". What a "nice" way of doing business, thank you Web Search USA for a "pleasant" experience.
