Service department is a joke

We tried to get warranty work done on our RV and had to travel 250 miles. We had an appointment and travelled from up north for the appointment they said they couldn't fix it that day and they had it for 10 days. When they said they were finished with it, they told us to pick it up that day, or they would charge us $35.00 a day until we picked it up we live 250 miles away, so we didn't get back down there until the next day. It took them 1 hour and 20 minutes to bring us our camper and the work they said was done was not.

Terrible service department.
