Reported my air condition was blowing out hot air. It has been a week and it is almost 90 outside

On May 28 I reported that my air condition was blowing out hot air. It is June 3 and it is 87 degrees outside and probably 85 in the apartment. I have called twice and I went up to the apartment office 6-3-05 and asked what is going on. It is unbearable to live in the apartment. The property manager said she did'nt realize it had'nt been fixed. I talked with the property manager on the 31st of May. When I went to the rental office 6-3-05, she acted shocked. She said someone would be over to fix. The rental office closed without anyone coming to my apartment. I called the emergency telephone number and the operator said she would page emergency maintenance. No one came to my apartment.

I feel as if I am getting the run around, however they expect me to pay my rent on time. I have rights as well.
