Avalon Oaks Management: horrible, slobby, and unreasonable!

Sloppy and inefficient:

(1) I called and asked them to repair the damaged waste disposal half year ago, NO response! I then called at least two more times, but in vain. One day I stopped by their leasing office, and asked them in person. Two days later, I got their call saying that they missed (or couldn't find out) the key to my apartment. How terrible this officiers!!!

(2) They claim their office hour available to the residents, even open on Saturday. However, they are always late (or not showing up!) during their office hours, even in the weekdays. Therefore, it is really really really hard either to get the parcel which they keep for you or talk to the real person (instead of leaving message in vain) about any trouble.

(3) They never never tell you whether they got the check from you for the monthly rental fee or not, until 12 days later along with the eviction notice. If you forget it, $5 x 12 per delay day = $ 60 in the first place. There is NO WAY to argue, NOT at all. The guy called "Mark", the property manager, will tell you that is their policy, policy is policy, pay the late fee or evict, that is your choice. I have one time problem paying online, (of course I know the problem after 12 days by their sloppy work), and I do have a evidence that shows the time I paid and somehow, it didn't work. My banker talked to Mark through phone, saying that I did nothing wrong. But Mark replies, that is their policy to have the fee in their hand on first day, no matter what. The late fee cannot be waived at all. Their sloppy work increases my late fee starting at $60 and, that is always my fault. If I knew it the first two days, I would not have to pay so much late fee.

(4) This apartment is NOT subleasble! Think more then three times before you ever think about coming.
