Bad customer service

Well I and my two children Moved into the Blue lake Villas Apartments around march It was beautiful and gated which I liked so I signed a 13 mo contract. Around the first two weeks I noticed things were broken like door stops and the grout on the bath tube was molding so I went and reprted these things to the office and they said they would get somone to fix it. A month went by and I returned to the office to let them know that these things had not been fixed they blamed the maintenace dept. And said that the maintenace manager was not doing his job (I was not wanting excuses just my apartment fixed). About a week later I found a letter on my kitchen counter from maintenance stating they had fixed the problems (nothing was repaired or fixed) I then went back to the office and told them what had happened and they said they would send the maintenance people back but they never returned in the 6 mo I lived there. Around August I went to the office and told them I was going to be 10 days late on apart of my rent they said it would be ok they just needed to call the corprate office I gave them a money order for $725 (my rent was only $825) and told them I would pay the rest with the late fee in 10 day they said everything was ok. After 6 days I recieved a notice of eviction with the original money order I had given them and a letter stating that I had 4 days to turn in the keys and give up the property for nonpayment of rent I went to the office and they told me that they only gave 5 days past the first of the month and it would be unfair to everyone else if they gave me 10 so I would have to move. 2 mo later I recieved a bill from them for $ 8,000.00 which they sold to a collection agency who I called but will not return my phone calles but keep sending me letters stating they are going to put it on my credit report.
