This company is the most unprofessional group of people you will ever deal with. They are claiming I owe money for a DIRECTV bill that's fraud, and they told me I have to pay it. Then, I told them it was fraud and he said "You need to be responsible for your actions". I couldn't believe it. They are rediculous. And, they won't stop harassing and sending letters in the mail. Beware!!
