Called to collect a debt

We received a phone call at 8:52 on novemeber 10th from riddle & associates. Whenever we picked up the phone they said they were atempting to collect a debt and it didnt say who the debt was for. Then as the call went on they stated they were attempting to reach perry smith. When i pressed 0 like it said to be transferred, i was told there wasnt anyone there to take my call at this time to try to call back on another business day. I have never heard of these people and i definetly dont have any reason for riddle & associates to be calling me. I dont even know who they are. Its just a scam
