Riddle and Associates
I was threatened if i didn't pay bill, my wages would be garnished or i would be taken to court

I was contacted by riddle and associates on april 18th via mail stating i owed $7265.69 to asset acceptance. I was told if i didn't start making payments on account i would be taken to court, and wages garnished. I started paying because they provided info on a bill that i knew i owed. I have paid them $ 2000 as of today's date. I recently found out that this company is a scam. They have contacted me on several occasions by phone wanting to know where my payment is if they haven't received it by mid month. I received my last call on 7/15 demanding my payment for the month of july. I was told if i paid the account in full they would offer me a discount. I have recently researched further and found that i have been paying 2 different companies for the same bill. I am wanting to have all monies that have been paid to riddle and associates returned to me in the total of $2000. I have money orders and bank statements to show payments that have been made to riddle and associates. I am no longer sending payments to riddle and associates considering i am paying the original creditor already. I need help recouping my monies that i have paid to this scam company.
